Anxiety isn't fun - it's not fun for anyone - children, teenagers and us adults!  The weirdly good news is that it is very very common and we need to constantly remind ourselves that if we suffer from anxiety we are not alone.

Anxiety is about the brain!  People who suffer with anxiety have a part of their brain that rings the worry bell loudly and it's our mission to quieten that brain and answer back to it and I think our cards will help.
